摘要
目的:了解美国及中国医生集团起源及医生执业现状,为我国医生集团发展给予启示。方法:通过美国医学会、中国知网等数据库网站及媒体平台,对美国及中国医生集团的文献资料和相关内容进行总结提炼。结果:我国医生集团发展仍处于起步阶段,医生在医生集团执业模式、与医疗机构合作模式、制度设计和管理规范方面都有待探索。结论:中国医改的延伸,催生国内医生集团数量迅速发展;医生集团的运营模式,促使医生资源由单位人向社会人的改变,对解决我国医疗资源的不足与不均衡,及提质增效起到了一定变革推动作用。
Objective:To comb the origin and current situation of medical group in Unites States and put forward with some suggestions for the medical group in China.Methods:The American medical association,CNKI,media and other platforms were used to summarize and refine the literature and relevant contents.Results:In China,many details concerning medical group need to be explored,such as its operating mode,regulation and administration,the cooperation modes between medical group and medical institution,medical group and doctors.Conclusion:As healthcare reform is continuously deepening,number of medical groups surges in China.Although medical groups which integrates doctors from a single individual to a community,contribute to solve the scarcity and imbalance of medical resources,and improve medical service quality.
