PBL联合CTTM教学模式在肛肠科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:17

Application of PBL Combined with CTTM in Clinical Practice Teaching of Anorectal Department

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CTTM教学模式在肛肠科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月1日-2019年12月31日到肛肠科实习的102名学生,随机分为两组,对照组采以LBL传统教学模式,观察组采以PBL+CTTM教学模式,每组51人。统计两组学生出科时考核成绩,调查教学满意度。结果在考核成绩方面,观察组和对照组的病史采集、病历书写成绩(32.57±2.26 vs 32.63±2.19),P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,理论成绩(33.16±2.69 vs 28.48±2.09)、操作技能成绩(17.36±1.09 vs 15.24±0.83)、总成绩(83.47±3.62 vs 76.03±3.21),观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示,观察组学生有98%认为PBL+CTTM联合的新型教学模式可明显提高学生自主学习能力,有94%认为可提高沟通交流能力,100%认为可提高创新思维能力,对照组三项分别为60%、53%、45%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;教学方法评分(27.36±1.58 vs 24.21±1.65)及产生的教学效果(8.17±0.98 vs 7.01±0.62)、教学总评分(93.21±2.86 vs 87.14±2.07),两组相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;带教态度(19.33±0.51 vs 19.34±0.49)及带教内容(37.29±2.33 vs 37.34±2.26)评分,两组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 PBL+CTTM教学模式应用于肛肠科临床实习教学中,增加趣味性同时,丰富学生理论知识,有效提高学生操作技能水平,增强学生创新思维、自主学习及沟通能力,满意度高,有一定推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined with CTTM in clinical practice teaching of the Rectum.Methods 102 students assigned to practice in anorectal department from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the traditional LBL teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the PBL+CTTM combined teaching mode,with 51 students in each group.The assessment results of the two groups of students were counted and the teaching satisfaction was investigated.Results In terms of examination results,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05)in the collection of medical history and writing scores of medical records(32.57±2.26 vs 32.63±2.19),theoretical scores(33.16±2.69 vs 28.48±2.09),operational skills scores(17.36±1.09 vs 15.24±0.83),and total scores(83.47±3.62 vs 76.03±3.21),the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 98%of the students in the observation group thought that the new teaching mode of PBL+CTTM combined could significantly improve their independent learning ability,94%thought it could improve their communication ability,and 100%thought it could improve their innovative thinking ability,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(60%,53%,45%)(P<0.05).Teaching method(27.36±1.58 vs 24.21±1.65)score and the resulting teaching effect(8.17±0.98 vs 7.01±0.62)、the total teaching score(93.21±2.86 vs 87.14±2.07)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of teaching attitude(19.33±0.51 vs 19.34±0.49)and teaching content(37.29±2.33 vs 37.34±2.26)showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PBL+CTTM teaching mode is applied in clinical practice teaching of the Rectum,which can increase interest and enrich students’theoretical knowledge,effectively improve students’operational skills,and enhance students’innovative thinking,independent learning and communication skills.With high satisfaction,it has certain promotion value.
