摘要
弹力机织面料在印染加工过程中面临着如何在保证面料弹性的同时对棉纤维进行前处理的问题。特别是生产棉与不同纤维交织混纺类经纬双弹面料,需要兼顾不同纤维特性,采用最适合的印染加工方法,确保多纤维染色效果和弹性不损伤。
In the process of printing and dyeing,the elastic woven fabric is faced with the problem of how to ensure the elasticity of the fabric and how to pretreat the cotton fiber at the same time.In particular,the production of mixed warp and weft elastic fabrics with cotton and different fibers needs to take into account different fiber characteristics and adopt the most suitable printing and dyeing processing method to ensure that the dyeing effect and elasticity of multi fibers are not damaged.
