摘要
针对稠油水平井悬挂器处以及悬挂器下方的Φ177. 8 mm光管段经常出现漏失等现象,严重影响水平井正常生产的问题,在常规机械封堵技术的基础上,根据水平井井身结构,研制了Y211-210大直径封隔器、小直径液压式封隔器、单向实心定压滑套等关键工具,利用Y211-210大直径封隔器封隔Φ244. 5 mm套管,小直径液压式封隔器封隔Φ177. 8 mm光管段,单向实心定压滑套形成油液通道,从而达到封漏堵水的目的。现场应用26井次,有效缓解了水平井出水矛盾,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。该技术可解决常规机械封堵工具在水平井中面临的技术难题,有效缓解水平井出水矛盾,恢复油井正常生产,值得推广应用。
Leakage is frequent in the hanger and theΦ177.8 mm blank case below the hanger in the heavy-oil horizontal well,which seriously influence the horizontal well regular production.Based on the conventional mechanical plugging technology,a series of key tools were developed according to the horizontal well case program,including Y211-210 large-diameter packer,small-diameter hydraulic packer,unidirectional solid constant-pressure sliding sleeve,etc.The Y211-210 large-diameter packer was used to seal theΦ244.5mm case,the small-diameter hydraulic packer was used to seal theΦ177.8mm blank case,and the unidirectional solid constant-pressure sliding sleeve was used to create an oil channel to achieve sealing and plugging.The 26 well-time field applications effectively relieved the water production and obtain favorable economic and social benefits.This technology could improve the conventional mechanical plugging performance in horizontal well,effectively relieve horizontal well water production,and restore regular production,which is worthy of popularization and application.
