摘要
[目的]了解独生子女残障家庭的特殊养老需求,为完善精准帮扶养老对策提供依据。[方法]采用家庭功能评定量表、个人深入访谈和专题小组座谈等方法,对云南省4个市/县的122个独生子女残障家庭和"失独"家庭的经济收入、家庭功能及养老需求进行调查。[结果]独生子女残障家庭的人均月收入明显低于"失独"家庭(χ^2=54.393,P<0.001);在角色维度和情感卷入维度的家庭功能也弱于"失独"家庭,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与"失独"家庭相比,"独残"家庭表现出一个较为明显的倾向,即残障子女的多方需求成为了父母养老需求中的优先选项和不可分割的一部分。[结论]独生子女残障家庭的父母面临着跨代经济压力和沉重的照护责任,其养老需求呈现出"捆绑式"的多维格局。建议在未来养老对策制定中应重视独生子女残障家庭代际间的"共生体"关系,养老服务应同时兼顾两代人在经济、医护、心理、教育及性健康方面的多重需求。
Objective To understand special pension demands of disabled single-child family so as to provide basis for perfecting and accurately helping pension countermeasure.Methods It used family function assessment scale,in-depth individual interview and topic group discussion and so on to investigate economic income,family function and pension demand in 122 disabled single-child and“the loss of only child”families from four cities/counties in Yunnan Province.Results Per capita monthly income of disabled single-child family was obviously lower than that in“the loss of only child”family(χ^2=54.393,P<0.001),and was weaker of family function in role and emotional involvement dimensionality as well,there was statistical significance in difference(P<0.05).Disabled single-child family showed up an obviously tendency compared with“the loss of only child”family that various demand of disabled children became priority option and inalienable part of parents pension.Conclusions The parents of disabled single-child family are faced with across generations economic pressures and heavy nursing duty,their pension demand presents“Bundled”and many dimensions pattern.It suggests that we should pay more attention to“symbiont”relationship in disabled single-child family when we formulate the pension policy in the future.The elderly care services should take into account multiple needs of the two generations in economic,medical and nursing,psychological,educational and sexual health.
