超临界机组燃水比耦合系统自抗扰控制 被引量:2

Active Disturbance Rejection Control for Firing Rate to Feed Water Ratio of Supercritical Unit Coupled System

摘要 针对超临界机组燃水比(Firing Rate to Feed Water ratio,FR/FW)控制过程存在的大延迟及多变量耦合、负荷变动和煤质多变等特性,设计基于自抗扰控制(Active Disturbance Rejection Control, ADRC)的燃水比解耦控制系统。将多变量燃水比系统看作由若干单变量回路系统构成,并对每一单变量回路设计自抗扰控制器,构建ADRC燃水比控制系统。将各个变量间耦合看作每一单变量回路的外扰,通过扩张状态观测器实时估计,在前馈通道中予以动态补偿,实现对各个耦合变量解耦。同时依据状态误差矢量加以非线性反馈调节,解决控制系统快速与超调间的矛盾。仿真结果表明,燃水比自抗扰解耦控制兼顾快速性与准确性,具有自适应性、抗扰性和强解耦能力,其控制效果优于常规PID控制。 Against such characteristics as long tune lag, multivariable coupling, variable load and variable burning coal quality that appeared during the control of firing rate to feed water ratio(FR/FW), the active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) scheme is proposed. The multivariable FR/FW system was regarded as multiple univariate loop systems, and for each loop system, the active disturbance rejection controller was designed, so the firing rate to feed water ratio ADRC system was established. The coupling of variables, regarded as the "external disturbance" of each loop system, was estimated by the extended state observer, and then compensated in the feed-forward channel, so as to achieve the decoupling control of the FR/FW system. At the same time, the contradiction between rapidity and overshoot of the control system was alleviated through the nonlinear feedback regulation based on state error vector. Compared with the conventional PID decoupling control system, the simulation experimental results show that the ADRC based firing rate to feed water ratio control system has strong adaptability, high interference rejection, and good decoupling ability.
