摘要
近年来,随着激光技术的深入研究和应用推广,经尿道前列腺激光手术由于创伤小、出血少、恢复快、并发症少,逐渐成为治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的主流术式。由于各种激光的设备和性能不同,手术方式和手术适应证亦有所差异,如何根据患者情况及术者条件,选择最佳的激光设备和手术方式,本文就各种激光的性能特点以及在经尿道前列腺手术中的应用经验进行分析总结。
In recent years,with the in-depth research and application of laser technology,transurethral prostate laser surgery has gradually become the mainstream for surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)because of less trauma,less bleeding,quick recovery and fewer complications.Due to the different performance of the various laser equipment,surgical methods and surgical indications are different accordingly.How to choose the best laser equipment and surgical method based on the patient's condition and the experience of the operators?This article summarized the application of various lasers in transurethral prostate surgery.
