摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对ICU机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生情况的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年7月我院ICU收治的68例机械通气患者,随机分为两组各34例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上开展综合护理干预,比较两组的住院时间、机械通气时间、 VAP发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组的住院时间及机械通气时间均显著短于对照组, VAP发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预可显著缩短ICU机械通气患者的住院时间及机械通气时间,降低VAP发生风险,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods 68 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to ICU of our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,mechanical ventilation time,incidence of VAP and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the incidence of VAP was significantly lower than that of control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,reduce the incidence risk of VAP,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
