摘要
目的观察信息知识信念行为(IKAP)护理模式联合电话随访干预在高龄初产妇剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法将60例高龄初产妇随机分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用IKAP护理模式联合电话随访干预。比较两组产妇术后排便恢复时间、排气恢复时间,母乳喂养、并发症情况及护理满意度。结果研究组的术后排便恢复时间、排气恢复时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的母乳喂养率、乳汁分泌良好率分别为96.67%、93.33%,均高于对照组的73.33%、 70.00%(P <0.05)。两组的并发症发生率(6.67%vs. 16.67%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。结论 IKAP护理模式联合电话随访干预在高龄初产妇剖宫产术后的应用效果显著,可缩短产妇术后排便、排气恢复时间,促进乳汁分泌良好,提高母乳喂养率及护理满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)nursing mode combined with telephone follow-up intervention in the elderly primiparas after cesarean section.Methods 60 elderly primiparas were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received IKAP nursing mode combined with telephone follow-up intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative defecation recovery time,exhaust recovery time,breastfeeding,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative defecation recovery time and exhaust recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter those than those of the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate and good milk secretion rate of the study group were respectively 96.67%and 93.33%,higher than 73.33%and 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications(6.67%vs.16.67%)between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP nursing mode combined with telephone follow-up intervention has significant application effect in elderly primiparas after cesarean section,can shorten the postoperative defecation and exhaust recovery time,promote the good milk secretion,improve the breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction degree.
