基于DEMATEL-BCC模型的深圳市生态交通发展效率评价 被引量:8

摘要 随着交通强国、生态优先等一系列战略的提出,发展生态交通成为城市交通系统发展的必然选择。从生态交通的内涵出发,结合深圳市经济发达、地少人多、通勤距离长、交通负荷较大等特点,构建了DEMATEL-BCC模型对深圳市2008—2017年生态交通发展效率进行评价。结果表明:2008—2017年深圳市生态交通发展较稳定,虽然规模效率有细微波动,但纯技术效率发展较好;未来深圳市交通发展不仅要注重规模的发展,更应关注生态交通发展质量,注重出行幸福感。 With the introduction of a series of strategies such as transportation power and ecological priority,the development of ecological transportation has become an inevitable choice for the development of urban transportation systems.Based on the connotation of ecological transportation,combined with the characteristics of Shenzhen's developed economy,a large population with relatively little land,long commuting distance and large traffic load,the DEMATEL-BCC model was established to evaluate the development efficiency of ecological transportation in Shenzhen from 2008 to 2017.The results show that the development of ecological transportation in Shenzhen is relatively stable in 2008—2017.Although the scale efficiency has fine microwaves,the pure technical efficiency develops better.In the future,the development of transportation in Shenzhen should not only focus on the development of scale,but also pay attention to the quality of ecological transportation development and focus on the happiness of travel.
