摘要
目的观察隔姜灸治疗脾肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将210例脾肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组105例。治疗组取邵氏三穴五点进行隔姜灸治疗,对照组采用口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。观察两组治疗前后及治疗后3个月随访时临床症状评分和体征评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.8%,对照组为75.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床症状评分和体征评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后3个月随访时临床症状评分和体征评分与同组治疗前及对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸是一种治疗脾肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion for allergic rhinitis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Method Two hundred and ten patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 105 cases in each group.The treatment group received intensive ginger moxibustion on Shao’s three acupoints and five points and the control group,oral administration of Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.The clinical symptom score and sign score were recorded in the two groups before treatment and at the end of and the three-month follow-up after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 89.8%in the treatment group and 75.3%in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups had statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the clinical symptom score and sign score(P<0.01).At the end of and the three-month follow-up after treatment,the clinical symptom score and sign score had statistically significant differences in the treatment group compared with before treatment and with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger moxibustion is an effective way to treat allergic rhinitis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.
