摘要
目的 探讨定坤丹联合戊酸雌二醇对围绝经综合征妇女激素水平和心理状态的影响.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院接诊的90例符合围绝经综合征诊断标准并且无激素使用禁忌证的妇女作为研究对象.按照电脑随机分配的方法分为观察组和常规组,各45例.常规组采取口服定坤丹治疗,观察组则应用定坤丹联合戊酸雌二醇进行治疗.观察比较两组患者治疗效果、激素水平和心理状态.结果 观察组总有效为97.8%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者FSH激素水平明显降低,E2激素水平明显升高,且观察组水平明显优于常规组(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后SAS、SDS评分明显低于治疗前和常规组(P<0.05).结论 对围绝经综合征患者采取定坤丹联合戊酸雌二醇治疗方法,能够有效改善患者的激素水平和心理状态,临床疗效理想,值得广泛推广及应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of dingkundan combined with estradiol valerate on hormone level and psychological state of women with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,90 women who met the diagnostic criteria of perimenopausal syndrome and had no contraindications of hormone use were selected for the study.According to the method of computer random distribution,the patients were divided into observation group and routine group,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with dingkundan,while the observation group was treated with dingkundan and estradiol valerate.The therapeutic effect,hormone level and psychological state of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH hormone level of the two groups was significantly lower,the E2 hormone level was significantly higher,and the level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combined with estradiol valerate can effectively improve the hormone level and psychological state of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.The clinical effect is ideal,and it is worth popularizing and applying widely.
