摘要
目的分析无痛分娩应用于初产妇的临床效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月湖北省宜昌市宜昌长航医院产房收治的初产妇120例,按照随机数字法分为2组,每组60例。2组分别采用无痛分娩与普通分娩,对比2组产妇的分娩结局。结果无痛分娩组产妇的疼痛情况、产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分、母婴并发症发生率显著优于普通分娩组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇应用无痛分娩,可提高分娩效果,改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of painless delivery on puerpera and outcomes of maternal and infant.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,Totally 120 cases of first-time mothers admitted to the delivery room of Changhang Hospital in Yichang,Hubei Province were selected and divided into two groups,according to the random number method,with 60 cases in each group.The outcomes of childbirth were compared between the two groups after painless delivery and normal delivery.Results There were significant differences between groups in pain,duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal Apgar score and incidence of maternal and infant complications(P<0.05),the pain-free delivery group were better than the ordinary delivery group.Conclusion The application of painless delivery for primiparas can improve the delivery effect,maternal and infant outcomes.
