摘要
目的 探讨妊娠期凝血功能检测所展现出来的临床应用价值.方法 选取2017年2月~2019年2月在医院中进行产前检查的人员共34例,纳入观察组.选取同时间在医院中进行检查的非妊娠健康女性共34例,纳入对照组.对妊娠期女性的凝血指标进行检测,高凝组19例,低凝组15例.对两组检查人员的凝血酶功能检测指标及妊娠晚期并发症发生率进行对比.结果 孕早期两组凝血酶功能检测指标对比无差异(P>0.05);孕中期观察组TT、FIB较高,APTT、PT较低;孕晚期观察组TT和FIB较高,APTT和PT较低,差异明显(P<0.05).自然流产、妊娠期血栓发生率高凝组低于低凝组,产后大出血率高凝组高于低凝组,差异明显(P<0.05).结论 孕早期,妊娠期女性与非妊娠期女性的凝血功能差异不明显,但是在孕中期及孕晚期阶段,妊娠期女性的TT、FIB较高,APTT、PT较低.妊娠晚期阶段高凝血女性更容易出现并发症.
Objective To explore the clinical application value of coagulation test during pregnancy.Methods A total of 34 patients who underwent prenatal examinations in hospitals from February 2017 to February 2019 were included in the observation group.A total of 34 healthy non-pregnant women who were examined in hospital at the same time were included in the control group.The blood coagulation indexes of pregnant women were detected,including 19 cases in the high coagulation group and 15 cases in the low coagulation group.The indicators of thrombin function and the incidence of complications in the third trimester of pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in thrombin function between the two groups in early pregnancy(P>0.05).In the observation group,TT and FIB were higher,while APTT and PT were lower.TT and FIB were higher and APTT and PT were lower in the observation group in the third trimester of pregnancy(P<0.05).The incidence of spontaneous abortion and pregnancy thrombosis in the high coagulation group was lower than that in the low coagulation group,and the rate of postpartum massive hemorrhage in the high coagulation group was higher than that in the low coagulation group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In early pregnancy,the difference in coagulation function between pregnant women and non-pregnant women is not obvious.In the medium-term and terminal pregnancy,the TT and FIB of pregnant women are higher,APTT and PT are lower.Women with high blood coagulation are more likely to develop complications during the terminal pregnancy.
