摘要
建立标准化、科学化、规范化SPF级实验动物设施是提供高质量动物及开展高水平动物研究的重要保证。该文以皖南医学院为例,介绍SPF动物实验室的基本建设情况,分别从制度建设、日常管理、人物流动、消毒灭菌、准入培训、检测维护、废弃物处理等方面详细阐述了SPF动物实验室的运行及管理模式,针对管理过程中遇到的问题,提出了可能的应对措施,以期为我国高等医学院校SPF动物实验室的建设和管理提供参考。
The establishment of standardized,scientific and normalized SPF laboratory animal facilities is an important manifestation of providing high-quality animals and con ducting high-level scientific research.Taking Wannan Medical College as an example,this paper introduces the basic construction of SPF animal laboratory,expounds in detail the operation and management mode of SPF animal laboratory from the aspects of system construction,daily management,person and material flow,disinfection and sterilization,access training,detection and maintenance,and waste disposal,etc.,points out the problems encountered in the management process and puts forward possible countermeasures and other management experiences so as to provide reference for the construction and management of SPF animal laboratory in medical colleges and universities in China.
