新型冠状病毒肺炎的细胞因子风暴及其药物治疗 被引量:5

摘要 细胞因子风暴被认为是重型和危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者死亡的重要原因,表现为过激的炎症反应:免疫细胞过度激活和细胞因子过度释放,造成肺毛细血管内皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞弥漫性损伤,引发呼吸衰竭,在循环系统推动下细胞因子到达多个器官造成多器官衰竭。白细胞介素6拮抗剂、糖皮质激素和恢复者血清等是目前的免疫治疗药物。本综述旨在综述COVID-19疾病过程中细胞因子风暴发生的可能机制及抑制细胞因子风暴的潜在治疗药物。 Cytokine storm is considered to be an essential cause of death in severe and critical COVID-19 patients,which is characterized by excessive inflammatory response:over-activation of immune cells and excessive release of cytokines cause diffuse damage to the pulmonary capillary endothelial cells and alveolar epithelial cells,lead to respiratory failure,and cytokines reach multiple organs and cause multiple organ failure driven by the circulatory system.IL-6 antagonists,glucocorticoids and convalescent plasma are the current immunotherapy drugs.The purpose of this paper is to review the possible mechanism of cytokine storm in the treatment process of COVID-19 and the potential therapeutic drugs to inhibit cytokine storm.
