摘要
目的:了解2018年北京市16个区125家社区卫生服务中心门诊高血压患者的用药情况。方法:集中抽取2018年北京市16个区125家社区卫生服务中心门诊处方63488张(等于就诊人次),其中高血压用药处方11237张(占17.7%),对高血压患者用药情况进行汇总分析,包括抗高血压药处方(就诊人次)占比及销售金额排序、联合用药情况等。结果:高血压患者用药中,处方数排序居第1位的药品为硝苯地平,占总处方数的16.6%;处方数排序居第2位的药品为氨氯地平,占总处方数的15.3%;处方数排序居前3位的药品均为钙通道阻滞剂。联合用药方面,主要为二联用药,钙通道阻滞剂与血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂联合用药情况相对较多。结论:社区卫生服务中心门诊处方中高血压用药情况相对合理,能遵循药品说明书及相关指南用药。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of drugs for patients with hypertension in 125 community health service centers from 16 districts of Beijing.METHODS:Totally 63488 outpatient prescriptions(number of visits)were collected from 125 community health service centers in 16 districts of Beijing in 2018,of which 11237(17.7%)were prescriptions for hypertension.The medication status of patients with hypertension was summarized and analyzed,including the proportion of antihypertensive drug prescriptions(number of visits),the ranking of consumption sum,and the status of drug combination.RESULTS:Of the drugs used by patients with hypertension,the drugs with the highest number of prescriptions was nifedipine accounted for 16.6%of the total prescriptions.Amlodipine was the second number of prescriptions accounted for 15.3%of the total prescriptions.The third number of prescriptions was calcium channel blockers.Drug combination was mainly focus on the combination of two drugs.The combination of calcium channel blockers and angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers was relatively common.CONCLUSIONS:The application of hypertension in outpatient prescriptions of community health service centers is relatively rational,which can follow the drug instructions and related guidelines for medication.
