卓越小学教师“三位一体”协同培养实践教学机制建设探索——以安徽省为例 被引量:1

摘要 研究以“三位一体、协同培养”实践教学机制建设为目标,探索新时代卓越小学教师培养机制改革,着力解决培养模式僵化、实践教学质量不高、实践体系亟待完善、全程实践难保证等突出问题。安徽省卓越小学教师培养应以能力提升为导向,强化人才培养顶层设计,全面建立高校、政府和中小学深度协作的长效机制,协同制定人才培养方案,开发实践课程资源,打造合作指导团队,实施教育实践“双导师制”,着力提高卓越小学教师培养实践教学质量。 The purpose of this research is to build a"trinity co-cultivation"teaching mechanism,and explore the reform of the training mechanism of excellent primary school teachers in the new era.The research tries to solve some prominent problems,such as the rigid training mode,the low quality of practical teaching,the urgent need to improve the field training system,and the difficulty to guarantee the whole process of practice.In the research,the top-level design of talent training is strengthened with the guidance of improving ability.Through the implementation of the project,a long-term mechanism of in-depth cooperation among universities,governments and primary and secondary schools will be established in an all-round way,and personnel training programs and practical curriculum resources will be jointly formulated.The project will build a cooperative guidance team,implement the"double tutor system"in the process of educational field training and ultimately improve the quality of field training of excellent primary school teachers.
