多维停电计划智能管控系统关键技术研究及实现 被引量:3

摘要 为了克服传统停电计划管控模式下存在的多部门协调难、多任务结合难、重复停电的问题,提出了多维停电计划智能管控系统的总体设计方案。首先,提出了多维停电计划数据池的概念,建立了停电计划管控规则库,然后在此基础上通过构建切合实际需求的计划优化算法模型实现自动开展多周期的停电计划智能优化编排,包含年度停电计划智能优化和月度停电计划滚动修编,并通过停电计划执行闭环管控来保证停电计划的执行刚性。在此基础上提出了多维停电计划智能管控系统的基本架构和功能方案,将设计方案落地。算例表明所设计的方案有效、可行。 In order to overcome the problems of multi-department coordination,multi-task combination,and repeated power outages in the traditional power outage management and control mode,an overall design scheme for a multi-dimensional power outage plan intelligent management and control system is proposed.Firstly,the concept of multi-dimensional blackout plan data pool is proposed,and the blackout plan management and control rule base is established.Based on this,intelligent optimization of multi-cycle blackout plans is automatically carried out by constructing a plan optimization algorithm model that meets the actual needs,including annual blackout plans intelligent optimization and rolling revision of the monthly power outage plan,and through the closed-loop management of the power outage plan to ensure the rigidity of the power outage plan.On this basis,the basic architecture and functional plan of the multi-dimensional power outage plan intelligent management and control system are proposed,and the design plan is implemented.The calculation example shows that the designed scheme is effective and feasible.
