摘要
目的分析糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血液透析护理措施。方法选择我院在2016年1月~2019年1月需要进行血液透析治疗的糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者100例,随机分为50例患者为对照组(常规护理模式),另外50例患者为实验组(针对性护理模式),比较两组患者在护理期间并发症发生情况以及对护理模式的满意率情况。结果并发症方面:对照组和实验组护理期间的并发症总发生率分别为18.00%和4.00%(P<0.05);护理满意率方面:对照组和实验组患者对护理工作的总满意率分别为84.00%和98.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对性血液透析护理在糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者的护理中,具有良好的护理应用效果,建议积极推广。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures of the diabetic chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis(HD).Methods 100 patients with diabetic chronic renal failure who needed HD in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly selected,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional nursing mode,and the study group was given the targeted nursing mode.The complications and the rate of the nursing mode satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall incidence of complications during the nursing period in the control group and the study group was 18.00%and 4.00%,respectively(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of the control group and the study group was 84.00%and 98.00%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of the diabetic chronic renal failure patients,targeted HD nursing has a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
