摘要
目的:比较腹腔镜与传统开放手术行输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治输尿管结石患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对比组采用传统开放手术治疗;试验组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果:试验组术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输尿管结石治疗中,可采取腹腔镜手术治疗,效果优异。
Objective:To compare the curative effect of laparoscopic and traditional open ureterolithotomy in the treatment of ureteral calculus.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,98 patients with ureteral calculus were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional open surgery.The experimental group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The amount of bleeding loss during surgery,the operation time and the length of hospital stays of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery can be used in the treatment of ureteral calculus and the effect is excellent.
