摘要
林下食用菌是林下经济产业中的重要一环,实现林下食用菌的高效栽培,在节约土地的同时可帮助农民增产、增收。依据我国目前林下食用菌栽培的实际情况,剖析林下食用菌发展遇到的问题及原因,从区域布局、融资渠道、技术支持、人才培养、龙头企业打造等方面提出具体的发展对策,旨在为推动林下经济的发展,实现食用菌产业经济与生态的双重效益提供参考。
Edible fungi under forest is an important part of economic industry.It can realize the efficient cultivation of edible fungi under forest,save land and help farmers increase production and income.Based on the actual situation of edible fungi cultivation under forest in China,this paper analyzes the problems and causes encountered in the development of edible fungi under forest,and proposes specific development countermeasures in terms of regional layout,financing-channels,technical support,such as developing financing channels,technology and talent support in place,strengthening technological support,and cultivating market brand development strategies,personnel training,and leading enterprise creation in promoting the development of the understory economy,leveraging the dual benefits of economy and ecology of edible fungi industry.
