摘要
新时代高职院校加强劳动教育,是优化人才培养的目标之需、人工智能背景下劳动力市场变革的时代之需、净化校园环境抵制不良思想的现实之需。高职院校要从人的全面自由发展、立德树人、职业教育等方面重新审视劳动教育的理论价值,有效开展劳动教育需要深化劳动教育理论研究、完善劳动教育体系、拓展劳动教育实践平台。
To strengthen labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era is not only the goal need to optimize talent training,but also the times need of labor market reform under the background of artificial intelligence and also the practical need to purify the campus environment and resist the harmful ideas.Higher vocational colleges are supposed to reexamine the theoretical value of labor education from three aspects such as the all-round and free development of human beings,moral cultivation and vocational education.In addition,they ought to deepen the theoretical research of labor education,improve the labor education system and expand the practice platform of labor education so as to practice labor education in an effective way.
