树脂型粘结剂在口腔科中的应用效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 对牙齿进行根管治疗完成后,由于纤维桩有助于恢复患牙的形态和功能,纤维桩修复的效果又直接受到粘结剂粘接强度的影响。于是文章将3种不同类型的树脂型粘结剂(全酸蚀树脂粘结剂、自酸蚀树脂粘结剂和自粘接树脂粘结剂)应用于纤维桩修复中,检测其粘接强度、微渗漏程度和破坏形式。通过SPSS软件进行统计学分析,研究结果表明,每种类型的树脂型粘结剂都会造成一定程度的微渗漏,其中微渗漏程度最小的是全酸蚀树脂型粘结剂;3种树脂型粘结剂的微渗漏程度差异有显著性意义;粘接强度最大的为全酸蚀树脂型粘结剂,3种粘结剂的粘结强度差异有显著性意义;混合破坏的断裂方式和粘结剂/纤维桩间断裂方式发生的频率最多。总之,全酸蚀树脂型粘结剂在纤维桩修复中具有更好的应用效果。 After the root canal treatment of the teeth is completed,since the fiber post helps restore the shape and function of the affected tooth,the repair effect of the fiber post is directly affected by the bonding strength of the adhesive.Therefore,three different types of resin adhesives(full-etching resin adhesives,self-etching resin adhesives and self-adhesive resin adhesives)were applied to the repair of fiber posts to detect their bonding strength,degree of microleakage and failure mode.Statistical analysis by SPSS software,the research results show that each type of resin adhesive will cause a certain degree of micro-leakage,of which the smallest degree of micro-leakage is the fully acid-etched resin adhesive;the difference in the degree of microleakage of the three resin adhesives is significant;the largest adhesive strength is the fully-etched resin adhesive,and the difference in adhesive strength of the three adhesives is significant;The failure mode of mixed failure and the failure mode between cement/fiber piles occur most frequently.In short,the fully-etched resin adhesive has a better application effect in the repair of fiber posts.
