尾矿特细砂与河砂复配在混凝土中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了尾矿特细砂与天然河砂复配的细集料颗粒级配,及其配制的混凝土工作性能、抗压强度以及抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明:特细砂的掺加,可以改善细集料的颗粒级配,降低2.36 mm和1.18 mm的粗颗粒含量,增加0.3 mm以下的细颗粒含量,15%特细砂与85%的粗砂复配后,细集料的细度模数从3.34降低至2.77,此时细集料的颗粒级配最合理。尾矿特细砂的掺加,改善了混凝土的工作性能,提高了拌合物的流动性、黏聚性以及保水性。同时,特细砂的掺加,可填充集料中粗颗粒间的空隙,降低松散堆积空隙率,提高基体的密实度,从而增强硬化混凝土的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性能。 The particle size graduation of the blending of superfine tail sand and river sand was studied, and the workability, compressive strength and chloride permeability of the concrete with superfine tail sand and river sand were investigated. The results show that the fine sand can improve the particle gradation of fine aggregate, reduce the coarse particle content of 2.36 mm and 1.18 mm, and increase the fine particle content of 0.3 mm or less. The fineness modulus of fine aggregate decreased from 3.34 to 2.77 by incorporating 15% superfine sand, and the particle size graduation was the optimal. The workability of concrete including mobility, cohesiveness and water retentivity has been improved by the incorporation of superfine tail sand. Besides, the superfine tail sand could fill the voids between the coarse particles, reduce packing voidage, increase compactness of the matrix, which results in the enhancement of compressive strength and chloride penetration resistance of concrete.
