摘要
目的观察对比在克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者中应用针对性护理措施所取得的临床效果。方法选择于本院接受克拉霉素治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者80例展开对照研究,将研究对象按照护理干预措施分为两组,对照组实施传统护理,观察组患者应用针对性护理,进行两组临床应用效果的对比分析。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组P<0.05;干预后,相较于对照组,观察组患者生活质量评分明显较高,P<0.05。结论在克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎时应用针对性护理干预措施具有突出效果,对改善患者生活质量评分具有积极意义,患者对护理措施的满意度较高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of targeted nursing measures in patients with chronic sinusitis treated by clarithromycin.Methods A controlled study of 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who were treated with clarithromycin was selected in this hospital.The study subjects were divided into two groups according to nursing intervention measures.The control group was treated with traditional nursing.The observation group was treated with targeted nursing.Comparative analysis of clinical application effect of the group.Results Patients in the observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than those in the control group at P<0.05;after intervention,compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly higher quality of life scores,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of targeted nursing interventions in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with clarithromycin has a prominent effect and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life scores of patients.Patients are more satisfied with the nursing measures and deserve to be promoted and applied in the clinic.
