摘要
目的:探讨强化健康教育在患儿碳酸氢钠口腔干预的应用效果。方法:选择2018年7月至2019年9月我院收治患儿30例,根据蒙特卡罗随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规碳酸氢钠口腔护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上增加强化健康教育护理方案,对比并记录两组干预1周到2周后的患儿口腔感染情况;并发症的发生率情况;满意度评分情况。结果:观察组两周口腔感染率明显低于对照组两周感染率;观察组的口腔并发症发生率显著低于对照组口腔并发症发生率;观察组护理满意度评价明显高于对照组。结论:强化健康教育对碳酸氢钠患儿口腔干预有着重要影响,可以提高儿童的护理能力,提高疾病治疗效果,减少并发症,降低再入院率,改善儿童预后。
Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening health education on oral intervention of children with sodium bicarbonate.Methods:30 children admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to Monte Carlo.The control group adopted the routine sodium bicarbonate oral care plan,the observation group added the enhanced health education and nursing plan on the basis of the control group,compared and recorded the oral infection,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction score of the two groups after 1-2 weeks of intervention.Results:The two-weeks oral infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the incidence of oral complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the evaluation of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Con clu sion:Strengthening health education has an important influence on the oral intervention of children with sodium bicarbonate.It can improve the nursing ability of children,improve the effect of disease treatment,reduce complications,reduce the rate of re-entry and improve the prognosis of children.
