摘要
目的:观察不同剂量依托咪酯乳状注射液与丙泊酚乳状注射液联合应用于老年患者无痛胃镜检查中所产生的麻醉效果。方法:从我院于2018年3至2019年3月期间接受诊治的胃镜患者当中筛选出120位年龄超过60岁的患者;根据随机数字表法分为三组(A组、B1组、B2组),每组患者人数定为40人。记录不同组别患者在用药过程中的血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)等生理指标;及体动、恶心呕吐等不良反应情况。结果:1%的丙泊酚乳状注射液10mL加0.2%的乳状注射液依托咪酯5mL(B1组),患者与其他两组相比HR变化幅度更小(P<0.05)、MAP降低更少(P<0.05)且体动发生率比其他两组更低(P<0.05)。结论:1%丙泊酚乳状注射液与0.2%依托咪酯按乳状注射液2:1混合使用可在无痛胃镜检测中获得最优效果。
Objective:To investigate emul sion Injection the anesthetic effect of different doses of etomidate and propofol emul sion Injection combined in the painless gastroscopy of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients aged over 60 years old were selected from the gastroscope patients treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into three groups(group A,B1 and B2),and the number of patients in each group was set as 40.The blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and other physiological indexes of different groups of patients during medication were recorded.And body movement,nausea and vomiting and other adverse reactions.Results:The concentration of 1%,the dosage of 10 ml of propofol,mixed concentration was 0.2%,the dosage of 5 ml of the anesthetic etomidate recipe(group B1),comapred with other two groups of patients with smaller variations in HR(P<0.05)and less MAP lower(P<0.05)and body moving rates are lower than those of other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1%propofol and 0.2%etomidate by 2:1 mix can be measured in painless gastroscope to obtain optimal results.
