摘要
人副流感病毒是呼吸道感染的常见病原体之一,可引起上、下呼吸道感染,如支气管炎、肺炎、喉炎等。HPIVs属副粘病毒科,为单股负链RNA病毒。根据基因组特征及血清学特点,HPIVs分为HPIV1-4四个血清型,其中HPIV-4又分为A和B两种亚型,HPIV-1和3为呼吸道病毒属,HPIV-2和4为腮腺炎病毒。不同亚型的HPIVs引起的疾病特点及流行病学特征不同。本文就HPIVs的病毒学、免疫学及发病机理、流行病学、临床特点、治疗原则等方面进行综述,为疾病预防、早期诊断及合理治疗提供依据。
Human parainfluenza viruses(HPIVs)are common pathogens of respiratory infections and can cause upper and lower respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis,pneumonia,and laryngitis.They are single-stranded,enveloped RNA viruses of the Paramyxoviridae family and are divided in four serotypes-HPIV-1,2,3 and 4,the latter subdivided in subtypes HPIV-4 A and HPIV-4 B.They are classified into two genera based on their genome,Respirovirus(HPIV-1 and HPIV-3)and Rubulavirus(HPIV-2 and HPIV-4).Clinical characteristic and epidemiology are determined by serotype.In this review,we will summarize the virology,immunology,epidemiology,clinical manifestations and treatment for HPIVs infection.
