Preparation of Aromatic Microcapsules by Complex Coacervation Method

摘要 基于天然高分子物明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法对植物松针油、薄荷油和艾蒿油微胶囊化,分析乳化剂的种类、乳化剂的用量、壁材比、壁材浓度、芯材的用量、固化温度、固化剂用量等因素对香精微胶囊制备的影响,确定微胶囊化的最佳制备工艺。采用光学显微镜(OM)对微胶囊的形貌进行观察。结果表明:最佳芳香微胶囊制备工艺参数为:反应阶段,乳化剂span-80用量1%,明胶/阿拉伯胶的比例为1.25∶1,其质量分数0.6%,芯材0.5ml,搅拌速度900r/min^1200r/min;固化交联阶段,固化剂戊二醛的用量为2.5ml,固化温度为20℃,固化时间为30min。显微镜观察显示,微胶囊形貌较完整,无聚集粘连,分散性较好;不同芯材松针油、薄荷油和艾蒿油微胶囊的包埋率分别为53.36%、55.03%、43.60%。 Natural polymer gelatin and acacia gum were selected as wall materials,and the plant pine needle oil,peppermint oil and mugwort oil were microencapsulated by the complex coacervation method.The effects of the types of emulsifier,the amount of emulsifier,the ratio of wall material,the concentration of wall material,the amount of core material,the curing temperature,and the amount of curing agent on the preparation of aromatic microcapsules were analyzed to determine the optimal preparation process for microencapsulation.The morphology of the microcapsules was observed with an optical microscope(OM).The results showed that the optimal aromatic microcapsule preparation process parameters were listed as follows:in the reaction stage,the amount of emulsifier span-80 was 1%,the gelatin/arabin gum ratio was 1.25:1,its mass fraction was 0.6%,the core material was 0.5ml,and the stirring speed was 900-1200r/min;in the curing cross-linking stage,the amount of curing agent glutaraldehyde was 2.5ml,the curing temperature was 20℃,and the curing time was 30 minutes.Microscope observation showed that the microcapsules had relatively complete morphology,no aggregation and adhesion with good dispersibility;the embedding rates of pine needle oil,peppermint oil and mugwort oil microcapsules were 53.36%,55.03%and 43.60%respectively.
