摘要
黄河是中华民族的母亲河,保护黄河是事关中华民族伟大复兴的千秋大计。在分析黄河主要灾害的危害以及成灾原因和历代黄河治理中水土保持的探索、实践与发展的基础上,论述水土保持在推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略中的重要性,提出了推进水土保持的具体措施。
The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation.Protecting the Yellow River is a great plan for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the analysis of the damage of the main disasters of the Yellow River and the causes of the disasters and the exploration,practice and development of water and soil conservation in the Yellow River treatment in the past dynasties,the importance of water and soil conservation in promoting the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin is discussed,and the specific measures to promote water and soil conservation are put forward.
