新产程标准对阴道助产、中转剖宫产及母婴结局的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨新产程标准对阴道助产、中转剖宫产及母婴结局的影响。方法将我院2019年1—10月期间收入的单胎初产妇160例作为研究对象,采用数字双盲法分为对照组和研究组。对照组予以传统产程Friedman标准管理产程,研究组予以新产程标准管理产程。比较两组阴道助产、中转剖宫产及母婴结局。结果研究组阴道助产率为3.75%,低于对照组的16.25%(P<0.05),研究组中转剖宫产率为10.00%,低于对照组的23.75%(P<0.05)。两组产后出血以及新生儿窒息发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施新产程标准的产程管理,可以有效降低阴道助产率及中转剖宫产率,不增加产后出血及新生儿窒息率,有助于改善母婴结局。
