摘要
民营医院作为我国医疗卫生事业的重要补充力量,由于种种原因发展并不乐观,存在一系列问题制约着其自身的发展。本文以民营医院河南圣德医院为例,通过对其发展应对的内部环境和外部环境的综合分析,发现其存在着总体业务量不足、人才队伍不稳定、资金压力大、片面追求大而全,缺少特色科室、品牌建设不健全、科研力量薄弱等相关问题,在进行战略分析基础上提出要全科发展,专科突出,扩大细分市场、塑造品牌,提升自身形象、构造自身特有医院文化、创立自身医务人才体系、鼓励技术创新,提高医院技术水平等5个建议。
Private hospital,as an important supplement to China’s medical and health cause,has not developed well owing to various reasons.There are a series of problems restricting their own development.Taking the private hospital Henan Sheng De Hospital as an example,through a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment for its development,this paper discovered that there are some related problems in the private hospital,such as insufficient overall business volume,unstable talent team,much financial pressure,the partial pursuit of largeness and comprehensiveness,the lack of departments with characteristics,unsound brand building,weak scientific research strength,etc.On the basis of strategic analysis,it put forward the five suggestions of developing general practice medicine,highlighting specialties,expanding market segmentation and building brand,raising its own profile,constructing its own unique hospital culture,creating its own medical talent system,and encouraging technological innovation,and improving the technical level of the hospital.
