摘要
以液氨罐区为例,通过HAZOP分析等风险分析手段,识别出系统所有潜在的风险场景;对HAZOP分析识别出的风险进行半定量分析,评估原因发生频率,后果严重性等级及独立保护层低需求模式失效概率等,确定联锁回路的SIL等级;安全仪表系统(SIS)选型结束后,验证SIL等级,确保SIS满足SIL定级的需求。通过应用上述方法,确保识别出工艺过程中的潜在风险并将其降低到合理水平内。
Taking liquid ammonia tank-farm as an example,through HAZOP and other risk analysis methods,all potential risk scenarios of the system are identified.the risks identified by the HAZOP are semi-quantitatively analyzed.The frequency of causes,the consequence severity level and the probability of failure on low-demandmode of independent protection layer are evaluated,and SIL levelof interlock loop is determined.SIL is verified after selecting the SIS,to ensure SIS meets the requirement of SIL grading.By application of above methods,the potential risk of process is identified and reduced to reasonable level.
