摘要
为探究饲喂钩虾粉对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)低盐度胁迫适应性调节的影响,配制含0%(D0组)、8.25%(D8.25组)和33%(D33组)钩虾粉的3组等氮等能饲料,饲喂初始体重为(1.80±0.72)g的凡纳滨对虾,D0组、D8.25组和D33组对虾放养密度约335尾/m2,饲喂持续48 d,营养强化结束后进行低盐度胁迫实验,胁迫盐度为5,胁迫实验持续192 h。研究显示,低盐度胁迫结束时,D0组、D8.25组和D33组对虾死亡率分别为60%、23.33%和23.33%。D8.25组和D33组对虾血淋巴和肝胰腺中蛋白含量高于D0组,其中D33组对虾更加明显。D33组对虾血淋巴中葡萄糖含量在胁迫0~12 h低于D0组,而在胁迫24~192 h高于D0组。D33组对虾血淋巴和肝胰腺中甘油三酯和胆固醇含量低于D0组和D8.25组,在对虾肝胰腺中乳酸含量上则呈现相反趋势。D8.25组和D33组对虾肝胰腺中磷酸果糖激酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著高于D0组。然而,各组对虾肝胰腺中琥珀酸脱氢酶活性以及鳃中Na+/K+-ATP酶活性差异不显著。研究结果显示,饲喂钩虾粉能够显著提高对虾抗低盐度胁迫能力。饲喂钩虾粉影响了对虾机体代谢,具体表现为降低了脂肪代谢水平,而增强了无氧代谢水平。饲喂钩虾粉对对虾代谢的影响可能是其提高对虾抗低盐度胁迫能力的原因。
To explore the effect of the formula feed with freeze-dried powder of Amphithoe sp.(FDPA)on the accommodation of Litopenaeus vannamei to low salinity stress,three isonitrogenous and isoenergy formula diets containing 0%(D0),8.25%(D8.25)and 33%(D33)FDPA were fed to L.vannamei averaging(1.80±0.72)g for 48 d.The stocking density of shrimp in D0,D8.25 and D33 was about 335 tails/m2,and the low-salinity(5)stressing was carried out to L.vannamei,(9.56±0.21)cm and(10.47±0.28)g for 192 h.The results showed that at the end of low salinity stress,the cumulative mortality of D0,D8.25 and D33 was 60%,23.33%and 23.33%respectively.The protein concentration in the haemolymph and hepatopancreas of the shrimp in D8.25 and D33 was higher than that in D0,and the protein concentration of D33 was the highest.The glucose concentration in the haemolymph of the shrimp in D33 was lower than that in D0 from 0 to 12 h of stressing and higher than that in D0 from 24 to 192 h of stressing.The concentrations of triglyceride and cholesterol in the hemolymph and hepatopancreas of shrimp in D33 were lower than those in D0 and D8.25,but the lactic acid concentration in the hepatopancreas of the shrimp showed an opposite trend.The activities of phosphofructokinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the hepatopancreas of the shrimp in D8.25 and D33 were significantly higher than those in D0,however,there was no significant difference in succinate dehydrogenase activity in the hepatopancreas and Na+/K+-ATPase activity in the gill of the shrimp.In conclusion,feeding FDPA can significantly improve the ability of the shrimp of resisting the low salinity stress.Feeding FDPA affected the metabolism of the shrimp.Fat metabolism level was reduced but the anaerobic metabolism level was enhanced.The effect of FDPA on the metabolism of the shrimp may be the reason for improving the ability of the shrimp of resisting low salinity stress.The results of this study will provide reference materials for the application and mechanism of biological bait in shrimp breeding.
