摘要
目的:探讨车载CT在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防治过程中应用的可行性、安全性及成像质量,为建立感染性疾病防治新模式提供参考。方法:采用随机数表法在疫情期间行肺部CT检查的326例患者中选取60例采用东软医疗64层车载CT检查的患者,将其分为车载CT组,另选60例行院内64层CT检查的患者,将其分为院内CT组;观察对比疫情中两组胸部CT扫描时的容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)及CT图像质量等差异,对车载CT的安全性、稳定性和实用性进行评价。结果:疫情期间车载CT累计进行肺部CT检查326例,影像学确诊2例COVID-19患者。两组患者胸部扫描的CTDIvol和CT图像质量比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.92,t=1.14;P>0.05);车载CT检查实现了患者和医护人员均零感染。结论:64层车载CT技术可靠,性能稳定,图像质量良好,使用便捷实用,有利于在感染性疾病防控中建立新的移动医疗模式。
Objective:To explore feasibility,safety and imaging quality of vehicle-mounted computed tomography(CT) in the prevention and treatment for Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) so as to provide a reference for establishing a new model of prevention and treatment of infectious disease.Methods:Among the 326 patients who underwent CT examination on lung during pandemic,60 patients who underwent 64 slices vehicle-mounted CT examination of Neusoft medical treatment were selected by random number table method,and they were divided into vehicle-mounted CT group.Another 60 patients who underwent 64 slices CT examination in hospital were divided into hospital CT group.The differences of CT volume dose index(CTDIvol) and CT image quality in the chest CT scan during pandemic between the two groups were compared.And the safety,stability and practicability of vehicle-mounted CT were further evaluated.Results:During the pandemic,total of 326 cases underwent CT examination on chest by vehicle-mounted CT,and 2 cases of them were confirmed by imageology were patients with COVID-19.And the differences of CTDIvol and CT image quality of chest scan between two groups were no significant(t=0.92,t=1.14,P>0.05).The vehicle-mounted CT examination achieved zero infection of patients and paramedics.Conclusion:The technique of 64-slice vehicle-mounted mobile CT is reliable,and it has stable performance and favorable image quality,and it is convenient and practical.It is benefit to establish a new mobile medical model in preventing and controlling infectious diseases.
