CBL联合双路径导师制在急诊护理教学中的应用 被引量:4

The Application of the Double-path Tutorial System With Case-based Learning in Undergraduate Nursing Emergency Practice Teaching

摘要 目的探讨CBL联合双路径导师制在护理本科实习生急诊带教中的应用与效果。方法选取2014级护理本科实习护生96名为对照组,2015级护理本科实习护生99名为干预组。对照组实行常规带教模式,干预组采用CBL联合双路径导师制的临床带教方法。采用学生评估量表、自我效能感量表、出科理论、操作考核成绩以及学生对带教效果的评价,比较干预前后两组带教效果的差异。结果干预组学生学习态度和能力总分(89.25±3.55)分优于对照组(85.36±2.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组自我效能感、带教满意度以及出科理论、操作考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合双路径导师制临床带教方法可有效提高急诊本科实习护生的临床急救意识、急救能力、自我效能感及带教满意度,是提高本科护生急诊临床实践能力的一种有效的带教模式。 Objective To explore the application method and effect of double-path tutorial system in emergency teaching of nursing undergraduate interns under CBL mode.Methods 96 nursing undergraduate interns of grade 2014 were selected as control group,and 99 nursing undergraduate interns of grade 2015 were selected as intervention group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the intervention group adopted the clinical teaching method of double-path tutorial system under CBL mode.The student assessment scale,self-efficacy scale,academic performance evaluation and students’evaluation of teaching effect were used for comparing the differences of teaching effect.Results The total score of learning attitude and ability in the intervention group(89.25±3.55)points was better than that in the control group(85.36±2.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of selfefficacy,teaching satisfaction,theory and operation examination scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of double-path tutorial system under CBL mode can effectively improve the clinical first aid awareness,first-aid ability and self-efficacy of emergency interns,and improve the teaching satisfaction of nursing undergraduates.It is an effective teaching mode to improve the clinical practice ability of emergency nursing undergraduates.
