摘要
针对城市燃气管网的安全运行问题,结合我国城市燃气管道的运行情况,首先对城市燃气管道运行过程中的安全影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出城市燃气管道安全运行的相关对策,为保障城市燃气管道的安全运行奠定基础。研究表明:我国城市燃气管网安全运行的主要影响因素可以分为五个方面,分别是第三方施工作业、管道设计不规范、管道施工质量不满足要求、管道环境因素以及用户因素,因此,相关单位需要从多个角度入手,分别采取多项有效措施,全面提高城市燃气管网运行的安全性,为推动我国城市燃气管网的进一步发展奠定基础。
In view of the safety operation of urban gas pipeline networks,this study combined with the operation of urban gas pipelines in China,firstly conducted an in-depth analysis of the safety influencing factors during the operation of urban gas pipelines,and on this basis,proposed the safety of urban gas pipelines The relevant countermeasures for operation lay the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of urban gas pipelines.The research shows that the main influencing factors of the safe operation of China's urban gas pipeline network can be divided into five aspects,namely third-party construction operations,non-standard pipeline design,pipeline construction quality does not meet the requirements,pipeline environmental factors and user factors,therefore,Relevant units need to start from multiple angles and take a number of effective measures to comprehensively improve the safety of the city's gas pipeline network operation and lay the foundation for the further development of China's city gas pipeline network.
