摘要
作为一种健康而又营养丰富的食材,食用菌逐渐走进了人们的千家万户,成为人们餐桌上不可或缺的一道美味。与此同时,我国食用菌产业也得到了快速的发展。然而我国食用菌行业仍然存在着产学研脱节、产供销信息不畅、缺少区域化布局、没有建立行业标准体系等问题,这些问题极大地制约了食用菌行业的进一步发展,兹需建立一个包含产学研一体化交流平台、产供销一体化信息共享平台、行业标准与知识共享平台在内的食用菌信息化共享平台。该文首先对我国食用菌行业的发展和不足进行了分析,对当下主流的云计算、大数据等信息技术进行了研究,最后提出了利用云计算和大数据技术构建食用菌信息化共享平台的方案。食用菌信息化共享平台的建立是进一步促进食用菌产业发展的有力抓手,对于我国食用菌产业由产量规模密集化转化为技术质量密集化具有非常重要的意义。
As a kind of healthy and nutritious food,edible fungus has gradually entered people's homes and become an indispens⁃able delicacy on people's table.At the same time,China's mushroom industry has also been continuelly developing.However,there are still some problems in the edible mushroom industry in China,such as the disconnection of production,education and re⁃search,the poor information of production,supply and marketing,the lack of regional layout,and the lack of establishing industry standard system.These problems have greatly restricted the further development of the edible mushroom industry.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an information sharing platform including the integration of production,education and research,the integra⁃tion of production,supply and marketing,the industry standard and knowledge sharing platform.Firstly,this paper analyzes the de⁃velopment and shortage of edible fungus industry in China,and studies the current mainstream information technology such as cloud computing and big data,finally puts forward the scheme of using cloud computing and big data technology to build edible fun⁃gus information sharing platform.The establishment of information sharing platform for edible fungi is a powerful hand to further promote the development of edible mushroom industry,which is of great significance for the transformation of edible mushroom in⁃dustry from production scale concentration to technology quality concentration.
