摘要
各级医疗机构每天都要消耗大量的医用耗材,部分医院的医用耗材支出甚至占到医疗收入的20%以上,所以医用耗材的集中招标采购工作十分重要。各医疗机构在采购医用耗材时,要本着与时俱进的原则,通过合理的方法进行集中采购,并选择合适的招标方法,在保证耗材质量的前提下,用最低的中标价格购买性价比高的医用耗材,从而控制单位采购成本。基于此,文章首先介绍了医用耗材集中招标采购的意义,接着分析了当前采购的监督难点,进而从四个方面提出了医用耗材集中招标采购的监管策略,以期为改进医疗机构的医用耗材采购工作提供有益的借鉴。
Medical institutions at all levels consume a lot of medical consumables every day,and the expenditure of medical consumables in some hospitals even accounts for more than 20%of the medical income,so the centralized bidding and procurement of medical consumables is very important.When purchasing medical consumables,all medical institutions shall,according to the principle of keeping pace with the times,conduct centralized procurement through reasonable methods,and select appropriate bidding methods.On the premise of ensuring the quality of consumables,purchase medical consumables with the lowest bid price,so as to control the procurement cost.Based on this,this paper first introduces the significance of centralized bidding procurement of medical consumables,then analyzes the difficulties of current procurement supervision,and then puts forward the supervision strategy of centralized bidding procurement of medical consumables from four aspects,in order to provide useful reference for improving the procurement of medical consumables in medical institutions.
