摘要
目的探讨中药外洗联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣的疗效和复发情况。方法选取2014年1月—2018年12月于医院皮肤科门诊就诊的100例足部寻常疣患者,随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。对照组的患者单纯采用液氮冷冻治疗,每周一次;治疗组采用每天中药外洗联合液氮冷冻治疗。四周为一疗程,两组均治疗两个疗程。疗程结束后观察两组疗效,3个月后观察复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组87.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率为7.7%,对照组25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣,可以降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of externer washing of traditional Chinese medicine with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for the treatment of patients with Verruca vulgaris.Methods One hundred patients with Verruca vulgaris occurred on the foot were randomly divided into treatment group(n=52)and control group(n=48).The patients in the control group were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy once a week,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.Four weeks was a course of treatment,both groups were treated for two courses of treatment.During the 3-month follow-up,the clinical efficacy and recrudescence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%,and the control group 87.5%,without statistical significance(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 7.7%,and lower than that in the control group(25.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion External washing of traditional Chinese medicine with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy can reduce recrudescence.
