致密砂岩地层孕镶金刚石钻头的研制及应用 被引量:5

摘要 元坝气田须家河组致密砂岩地层石英含量高、研磨性强,钻进过程中容易造成钻头过早磨损,单只钻头进尺少、机械钻速低,严重影响了元坝气田的勘探开发进程。鉴于此,利用自主研制的钻凿特性测定试验装置和采集的须家河组露头岩石,开展了孕镶钻头的室内钻进特性模拟试验,得到了不同金刚石粒度和浓度参数组合对孕镶钻头整体性能的影响规律。根据孕镶金刚石参数的试验优选结果,选用40/50目和50/60目两种粒度并配以质量分数70%的金刚石,以钻头平稳钻进、长使用寿命兼顾高机械钻速为目标,研制了一种自锐性好、耐磨性强的离散化DIG259S孕镶金刚石钻头。在YB27-3H井开展的现场应用中,单只DIS259S钻头进尺104.63 m,平均机械钻速0.85 m/h,分别较邻井高效牙轮钻头提高了208.83%和70.00%,取得了显著的应用效果。该钻头的研制成功为今后元坝气田致密砂岩地层的钻井提速提供了一种有效手段。 The tight sandstone of Xujiahe Formation in Yuanba Gas Field is characterized by high quartz content and strong abrasivity,so in the process of drilling,bits are worn soon,single-bit footage is short and rate of penetration(ROP)is low,which seriously impacts the exploration and development progress of Yuanba Gas Field.To solve these difficulties,indoor drilling property test was firstly carried out on the simulated impregnated diamond bit by using the independently developed drilling properties simulating equipment and the collected rock outcrop of Xujiahe Formation,and the influence laws of the parameter combinations of diamond granularity and concentration on the overall performance of impregnated bit were clarified.Then,According to the test results of impregnated diamond parameters,the diamond composed of 40/50 mesh and 50/60 mesh grains with mass fraction of 70% was selected.Targeting smooth drilling,long service life and high ROP,the discrete impregnated diamond bit(DIG259 S)with good self-sharpening performance and strong wear resistance was developed.It was practically applied in the Xujiahe Formation of Well YB27-3 H.The field application results are remarkable with single-bit footage of 104.63 m and average ROP of 0.85 m/h,which are 208.83% and 70.00% respectively higher than the efficient cone bit in the neighboring well.The successful development of DIG259 S bit provides an effective way for improving the ROP in the tight sandstone formation of Yuanba Gas Field.
