摘要
工匠精神在德国的形成经历了从孕育、产生到巩固的阶段,在这漫长过程中,它有力地助推德国成长为当今世界的制造强国。工匠精神形成的文化基础离不开德国哲学所包含的理性视野、新教的天职观和美学理论的发展。当前,我国正采取积极的措施加快由制造大国迈向制造强国的步伐,工匠精神正是我国现阶段不可或缺的内在动力。因此,梳理德国工匠精神的文化基础以及历史演变,结合我国的实际情况,借鉴德国的成功经验,能够为我国营造适宜工匠精神传承的社会文化环境提供有益思路,以此助益于推动“中国制造2025”计划的实施。
The formation of craftsman spirit in Germany has gone through the stage of gestation,production and consolidation.In this long process,it has helped Germany grow into a manufacturing power in the world.From the perspective of the cultural basis of the formation of the craftsman spirit,it is inseparable from the development of the rational vision,the protestant concept of duty and the aesthetic theory contained in the German philosophy.At present,China is taking positive measures to accelerate the pace from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.Therefore,sorting out the cultural basis and historical evolution of German craftsman spirit,combining the actual situation of China and drawing lessons from Germany's successful experience,can provide beneficial ideas for China to create a social and cultural environment suitable for the inheritance of craftsman spirit,so as to promote the implementation of"made in China 2025"plan.
