健康成人24h尿蛋白水平的分布及其参考区间的建立 被引量:1

摘要 目的初步统计连云港地区20~79岁健康成人24 h尿蛋白水平的分布情况,并建立该指标的参考区间。方法采用完全随机化方法选取2019年6月至8月于本院体检中符合要求的志愿者257例,其中男120例、女137例,年龄20~79岁。运用AU5800全自动生化分析仪及其配套试剂检测24 h尿蛋白,并对数据的分布情况进行正态性检验,依据CLSI C28-A3和WS/T 402-2012《临床实验室检验项目参考区间的制定》指南建立24 h尿蛋白指标的参考区间。结果本地区健康成人24 h尿蛋白水平的分布呈非正态分布(W=0.916,P<0.05),且在性别、年龄分布上差异无统计学意义(性别:Z=0.44,Z*=3.10,P>0.05;年龄:Z=1.14,Z^*=3.10,P>0.05)。本研究应用邻苯三酚红钼比色法定量检测24 h尿蛋白建立的参考区间为<445 mg/24 h。结论24 h尿蛋白参考区间的建立可以充分发挥其临床价值,能够为各种肾脏疾病的诊治提供重要的参考依据。 Objective To statistically analyze 24-hour urinary protein level in healthy adults age 20-79 in Lianyungang,and to establish its reference interval.Methods 257 subjects age 20-79,including 120 males and 137 females,who met the requirements of physical examination in our hospital from June to August,2019 were enrolled by using a complete randomization method.The concentration of 24-hour urinary protein were detected by AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer and its matching reagents.Normality test of data was also carried out.According to the guidelines of CLSI C28-A3 and WS/T 402-2012 from Clinical Laboratory Test Project Reference Interval Formulation,the reference interval of 24-hour urinary protein was established.Results The distribution of 24 h urinary protein level in the healthy adults was non-normal in this area(W=0.916,P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences in gender and age distribution(gender:Z=0.44,Z*=3.10,P>0.05;age:Z=1.14,Z^*=3.10,P>0.05).In this study,the reference interval for the quantitative detection of 24 h urinary protein by pyrogallol red molybdenum colorimetry was<445 mg/24 h.Conclusion The establishment of 24 h urinary protein reference interval can fully exert its clinical value and provide important references for the diagnosis and treatment of various kidney diseases.
