摘要
目的探讨加味银翘麻杏石甘汤结合氨溴索对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺功能及血气指标的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月的64例AECOPD患者,采用盲抽法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗;在对照组基础上,观察组加用银翘麻杏石甘汤治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、动脉血气指标及肺功能。结果与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽、喘息、湿啰音消失时间均较短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组PCO2水平较治疗前低,PO2水平较治疗前高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1水平均较治疗前高,且观察组均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论加味银翘麻杏石甘汤结合氨溴索可有效减短AECOPD患者临床症状消失时间,改善患者血气指标及肺功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yinqiao Maxingshigan decoction combined with ambroxol on pulmonary function and blood gas indexes in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 64 patients with AECOPD who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride;on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Yinqiao Maxingshigan decoction.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,arterial blood gas indexes,and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of cough,wheeze,and moist rale in the observation group were shorter,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,PCO2 levels in the two groups decreased,PO2 levels increased,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1 levels in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yinqiao Maxingshigan decoction combined with ambroxol can effectively reduce the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,improve the blood gas indexes and lung function of patients with AECOPD,which is worthy of clinical application.
