摘要
目的:分析在治疗骨折后关节僵硬中应用关节松动技术配合中药熏洗的效果。方法:本次研究选取2018年1-12月期间收治的80例骨折后关节僵硬患者作为研究对象,随机将80例患者分为对照组(关节松动术治疗)和观察组(关节松动术配合中药熏洗治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果、关节功能恢复情况、治疗前后疼痛程度以及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者经美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分系统评估显示,观察组患者关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察者疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动技术配合中药熏洗在促进骨折后关节僵硬患者康复方面发挥着重要的作用,其可以有效提高患者治疗效果及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of joint loosening technique plus TCM medicine on joint stiffness after fracture.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the control group(received joint loosening technique)and observation group(received joint loosening technique plus TCM medicine fumigation).The treatment effect,joint function recovery,pain level before and after treatment and quality of life in groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the excellent rate of joint function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group by the AOFAS scoring system evaluation,P<0.05.After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Joint loosening technology plus TCM medicine plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with joint stiffness after fracture.It can effectively improve the treatment effect and quality of life,and it is worth promoting.
