骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检联合外周血涂片在骨髓增殖性疾病患者诊断中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨骨髓细胞形态活检联合外周血涂片在骨髓增殖性疾病(MPD)患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取濮阳市人民医院78例MPD患者,另选取同期健康体检者77例,均行骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检联合外周血涂片检查。对比骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检联合外周血涂片诊断MPD的结果、价值及具体分类。结果骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检联合外周血涂片诊断MPD的敏感度92.31%、准确度94.19%较骨髓细胞形态检查(74.36%、85.81%)、骨髓活检(79.49%、87.74%)、外周血涂片(67.95%、82.58%)高(P<0.05);骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检、外周血涂片三者联合诊断血小板增多症、骨髓纤维化、真性红细胞增多症、慢性粒细胞白血病的符合率对比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论骨髓细胞形态、骨髓活检联合外周血涂片检查MPD患者,可提高诊断敏感度、准确度,具有较高诊断价值。
