摘要
降低矿用通风机的故障发生率,提高通风机故障诊断系统的综合性能,已成为当下研究的重要工作。因此,以通风机运行过程中主要故障问题为基础,开展了通风机故障诊断系统的改进设计,并将其在晋城煤矿的通风机上进行了现场应用测试。测试结果表明,该故障诊断系统能对通风机的各类运行参数进行实时检查和诊断,并及时发出相应的报警提示,较好地满足通风机运行过程的故障诊断需求。该研究对提高通风机故障诊断性能和运行安全具有重要意义,也为后期进一步开展系统的优化改进研究提供了参考。
To reduce the failure rate of mine fan and improve the comprehensive performance of fan fault diagnosis system has become an important research work. Therefore, based on the main fault problems in the operation of the fan, the improved design of the fan fault diagnosis system was carried out, and its field application test was carried out on the fan of jincheng coal mine. The test results show that the fault diagnosis system can check and diagnose all kinds of operation parameters of the ventilator in real time, and send out corresponding alarm prompt in time, which can better meet the needs of fault diagnosis in the operation process of the ventilator. This study is of great significance to improve the performance of fan fault diagnosis and operation safety, and also provides a reference for further research on system optimization and improvement.
