南疆灌区工程中渡槽防渗处理研究 被引量:1

Study on Seepage Control Treatment of Aqueduct in Irrigation Area of South Xinjiang

摘要 针对南疆灌区工程中部分渡槽运行时间长、接缝材料老化、灌缝材料不达标,导致接缝处渗漏现象明显的问题,提出了适用于当地灌区渡槽防渗处理的方案.以塔里木灌区为例,选择具有代表性的7座渗漏较为严重、防渗处理困难的渡槽,通过采用更换P653型止水橡皮、填充沥青锯末板、钢板压条、聚氨酯灌缝以及SK单组分聚脲密封壁面等新工艺处理渡槽以达到防渗要求,并对粘贴式和钢板压条式止水方案采用基于Super Decisions1.6.0的网络层次分析法进行了评价,以期为类似工程提供借鉴与指导. In view of the problems of some aqueducts running for a long time,the aging of joint materials and the substandard filling materials in the irrigation area of South Xinjiang,which lead to the obvious leakage at the joints,this paper puts forward a suitable scheme for the aqueduct seepage control treatment in the local irrigation area.Taking Tarim Irrigation Area as an example,seven aqueducts with serious leakage and difficult seepage control treatment were selected.The aqueducts were treated by new technologies such as replacing P653 type water stop rubber,filling asphalt sawdust board,steel plate batten,polyurethane grouting joint and sealing wall with SK single-component polyurea technology to meet the seepage control requirements.The paste type and steel plate batten type were evaluated by the network analytic hierarchy process of Super Decision 1.6.0.Through the study of aqueduct anti-seepage treatment,it provides reference and guidance for similar projects.
