摘要
【目的】拟解决由于土壤有效硒含量不均导致的广西区内富硒水稻生产中出现的硒肥施用量难以把控的问题。【方法】通过大田试验,以百香139水稻品种为试材,在不同土壤有效硒条件下叶面喷施硒肥,研究不同土壤有效硒水平下的水稻外源硒生物强化适用量。【结果】叶面喷施适量外源硒可以增加水稻籽粒中硒含量,同时对水稻有一定的增产效果,且土壤有效硒含量越低,增产越显著;若不考虑土壤其他相关条件的影响,水稻籽粒中硒含量与土壤总硒含量相关性为0.573*,与土壤有效硒含量的相关性为0.691**;富硒大米硒含量为0.15~0.50mg/kg(DB45/T1061-2014)范围又基本能达到增产效果,土壤有效硒含量<20.00μg/kg、20.00~30.00μg/kg、30.00~40.00μg/kg、40.00~50.00μg/kg、>50.00μg/kg的5个不同土壤有效硒水平区外源硒用量分别为0.54~2.83g/667m^2、0.60~2.50g/667m^2、0.25~1.61g/667m^2、0.23~1.16g/667m^2、0.29~0.78g/667m^2。【结论】叶面喷施适量硒肥可以提高水稻产量;提出不同土壤有效硒水平下富硒水稻外源硒叶面强化的适用量范围。
【Objective】The aim is to solve the issue which is difficult to control the application of selenium fertilizer in selenium-rich rice production in Guangxi due to uneven soil available selenium content.【Method】Through field experiments,applying Baixiang No.139 rice variety as a test material,selenium fertilizer was sprayed on the surface under different soil available selenium conditions,and the suitable ap⁃plicable amount of rice exogenous selenium biofortification under different soil effective selenium levels was studied.【Result】Foliar spraying with an appropriate amount of exogenous selenium can increase the selenium content in rice grains,while increase yield on rice.If the effects of other relevant soil conditions are not considered,the correlation between the selenium content in rice grains and the total soil selenium content is 0.573*,and the correlation with the effective soil selenium content is 0.691**;the selenium con⁃tent of selenium-rich rice ranged from 0.15mg/kg to 0.50mg/kg(DB45/T1061-2014)and basically achived the yield increase effect,the effective soil selenium content in the soil was less than 20.00μg/kg,20.00~30.00μg/kg,30.00~40.00μg/kg,40.00~50.00μg/kg,and>50.00μg/kg.The amount of source selenium is 0.54~2.83g/667m^2,0.60~2.50g/667m^2,0.25~1.61g/667m^2,0.23~1.16g/667m^2,0.29~0.78g/667m^2.【Conclu⁃sion】Appropriate amount of selenium fertilizer applied on leaf surface can increase rice yield,and the range of suitable amount of exogenous selenium leaf enhancement in selenium-enriched rice under differ⁃ent soil effective selenium levels is proposed.
